Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information bak66 may request for verification purposes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bak66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bak66 makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bak66 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bak66 will never ask you for your password. Any instruction received by bak66 through your account login credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe that your bak66 account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bak66 support immediately via live chat. bak66 will suspend the account pending investigation. bak66 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. bak66 makes two-factor authentication available to all Players. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. bak66 may require 2FA for high-value withdrawals or following unusual account activity as a security measure.
4.4 Shared Devices. You must not access your bak66 account from a shared or public device without logging out fully after your session. bak66 is not liable for account access that occurs because a Player failed to log out from a shared device.
5.1 Accepted Methods. bak66 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. The current list is available on the Payments page of the Platform.
5.2 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — made by, or on behalf of, another person — are strictly prohibited. bak66 reserves the right to hold or return funds received from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated bak66 account pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at bak66 is PKR 200 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status.
5.4 Currency. All bak66 Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. bak66 does not charge a conversion fee; however, the exchange rate applied includes a spread.
5.5 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your bak66 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. bak66 is not liable for delays caused by the payment network or your payment provider.
5.6 No Gaming Credit. bak66 does not offer credit. All wagering must be funded from cleared, deposited real-money funds or eligible bonus funds. bak66 does not permit players to wager on credit under any circumstances.
6.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, bak66 requires identity verification. Verification requires submission of a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued photo identification, together with any additional documentation bak66 may request in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Verification typically completes within two hours of document submission.
6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified bak66 accounts are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. bak66 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before midnight PKT.
6.3 Return-to-Source Requirement. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. If the original deposit method is no longer available, bak66 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method following satisfactory verification.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at bak66 is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal for verified accounts, subject to available balance and the absence of any open wagering requirement obligations.
6.5 Bonus Balance. Bonus funds that have not yet completed applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds in excess of any active wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
6.6 AML Holds. bak66 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where required by its anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention obligations. The Player will be notified of any such hold, and bak66 will endeavour to resolve any investigation promptly.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bak66 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount credited unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all bak66 games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% per PKR wagered. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage. Each promotion's terms specify the applicable contribution rates.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. bak66 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has abused the bonus terms — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors.
7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a bak66 account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement may forfeit the earlier bonus.
8.1 Sports Betting. Bets placed on cricket, PSL, Asia Cup, UFC, and other sporting markets are governed by bak66's Sports Betting Rules, published separately on the Platform. In the event of a voided market (e.g., match abandonment, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window), bets are settled as void and stakes returned unless specific rules provide otherwise.
8.2 In-Play Betting. bak66 offers in-play (live) betting on selected markets. bak66 reserves the right to suspend, close, or restrict in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the relevant event has effectively concluded — for any reason — may be voided.
8.3 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on bak66 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning mechanisms streamed in real time. bak66 does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all RNG games.
8.4 Maximum Win Limits. Individual game win limits may apply. Where a game's certified RTP results in a win exceeding any applicable maximum win cap, the win is settled at the maximum cap amount. These limits, where applicable, are disclosed within each game's information panel.
8.5 System Errors. In the event of a system malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, bak66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. bak66 is not liable for losses attributable to technical errors on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bak66 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.1 bak66's Rights. bak66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) bak66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) a Player requests self-exclusion; (d) verification documents are unsatisfactory or cannot be obtained; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their bak66 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled in the normal course and any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Active bonus balances may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
10.3 Post-Closure. Upon account closure, access to the Platform is revoked. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register. bak66 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period.

12.2 Limited Licence. bak66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. 13.3 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bak66 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical errors, delayed payment processing, or account suspension.
13.4 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all gaming decisions, bet placements, and financial commitments made through your bak66 account. bak66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your own gaming choices.
bak66's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bak66 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating a bak66 account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.
bak66 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) as necessary to deliver the Platform's services, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bak66 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

15.4 Regulatory Escalation. If you remain dissatisfied following bak66's formal complaint response, you may be entitled to escalate your complaint to bak66's licensing regulator in accordance with that regulator's published complaint procedures.
bak66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with their bak66 account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the bak66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
